Hello from Chicago!
This is the Wrigley Building looking over the Chicago River on Michigan Ave. Actually they're two connected buildings from 1921 and 1924. The clock tower is modeled after the Giralda bell tower in Seville, Spain.
Lovely piece, Teek. We are enjoying your blog and will keep up with you also when we return to cold Scandinavia (Sweden) and eventually Ireland. You'll be all over the world in other words. :-) Love from DnA
Teek, We breifly met while you were painting this scene. I took a photo of your canvas with the Wrigley Building in the background: http://www.fourpointedstar.com/gallery/2012/10/historical-details/ I finally found your business card and have enjoyed perusing your site; fantastic work.
